With a Grateful Heart

Life happens. And sometimes it happens all at once.


What if we could better focus on the good in our lives instead of all of the daily struggles and hardships we each face?


The simple act of writing down the things for which we are grateful can change our perspectives and lift our health and happiness.


I encourage you to take some time to begin a gratitude journal.


This small but powerful practice can help you recognize and celebrate the varied, unique, and beautiful aspects of life we experience each day.


Start by listing all of the good things in your life, and as the day goes on, add more as you can think of them.


How many can you come up with? Try to fill an entire page today!


So, go ahead and make yourself a cup of tea, find a cozy blanket and your favorite pen and paper.
