Green Goodness Smoothie

This smoothie recipe fuels me for the entire day! Full of goodness, this green smoothie will have you feeling refreshed and replenished and rejuvenated!!! Cheers to drinking your greens!
Here is what you will need to make this wonderful smoothie:
1 Handful of Fresh Spinach Leaves
1 Cup of Frozen Mango
1 Frozen Banana
3-4 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
1 Teaspoon of Maca Powder
16 Ounces of Unsweetened Coconut Water
Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy!
Remember to use frozen fruit for the best creamy texture smoothies!
Also, you can add extra ingredients to this smoothie! Probiotics, Flax, Chia, Spirulina, and Matcha are examples of extras I sometimes add to this smoothie to give it a little extra, especially when I need a boost!
