Golden Buddha Smoothie


This smoothie is rejuvenating and refreshing and just a little spicy thanks to the fresh ginger!

Here is what you need to make yourself this wonderful golden buddha smoothie:

1/2 Cup of Frozen Mango

1/2 Cup of Frozen Pineapple

1 Frozen Banana

4 Medjool Dates, pitted

6-8 Ounces Coconut Water, unsweetened

4 Ounces of Carrot and Ginger Juice ( I juice carrots and fresh ginger in my juice to make carrot ginger juice for this smoothie. I usually juice about 7 carrots and 1/4 inch of fresh ginger together. If you don't have a juicer you can use 1/4 teaspoon of grated ginger and store bought carrot juice.)

Blend on Medium until ingredients are incorporated and then for a few pulses on high to make your smoothie extra smooth and creamy!
