On My Way.....

I can officially say I am enrolled in 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training to become a certified yoga teacher!!! This has been a dream that I finally have turned into reality by just diving in!

I realized I needed the support around me through people that love me and inspire me, as well as having a long hard talk with myself. I kept saying to myself, "when ________ is in place, I will do it." or "when I have the money, I will." I realized there was always a reason I had not taken the training for almost 5 years! So I decided no more stalling! Now was the time!!!

So a few weeks ago, I just did it! And I am so excited to study daily and learn more about myself emotionally and spiritually and physically. I cannot wait to teach others to develop their own practice and how deeply a yoga practice can add to your life in profound ways.
