My New Year Wish to Us All 💜

Happy 2020 to everyone!!! With the new year, it seems that a lot of us encourage our own personal change and growth. It can be a time of reflection and action. I find my daily practice of yoga and meditation has encouraged my own personal awareness and growth each day. Being able to sit in silence and with each yoga asana, I tune in and listen to where my body and mind are in the present moment. I take what I learn from my yoga practice and apply that to my life in order to promote my own personal growth and awareness. I truly encourage you to develop a personal practice each and every day of prayer and reflection along with physical movement that encourages breathing and healing. The daily practice of meditation and prayer and yoga have changed my life in tremendous, profound ways. It has given me the tools I have needed to deal with the challenges of life and it has brought to me much joy and peace. I am grateful for the hardships that I have endured in this life, for they have led me to a greater sense of self, a greater connect to the Divine and a greater sense of peace then I have ever known.

My wish for us all is to find courage in our heart, peace in our mind and will in our being, to create the powerful, positive changes we need in our lives in order to live a life full of purpose, meaning and happiness.

May we each find the courage to ask ourselves the hard questions, and may we each listen and act on the ways we need in order to make profound, impactful changes in our lives.

With this new year, may we find the courage to change and listen and reflect. May we remember that with each new moment and each cleansing breath,  we can bring a sense of renewal into our being.

May we have a renewed sense of wonder and see life and live life in a magical way. May we always remember that each breath is a gift.

May we all remember that our life is a gift from the Divine and our gift to the Divine is what we do with our life.

Living a life of purpose will bless you and everyone around you. Ask yourself how you can give to those around you in a way that brings hope, healing and kindness to others.

A quote I heard a few years ago touched me deeply and I have taken this to heart, "The greatest use of a life, is to spend it on something that will outlast it."

Many Hugs, Much Love and Many Blessings! 💫💜🙏
