Chocolate Macadamia Nut Treats

I don't know about you, but some days I crave something rich and decadent and chocolate! I created these treats one night while having a snack attack. I kid you not, these are hands down one of my favorite sweet treats I've ever eaten! My kids were very happy too!

They are simple and fun to make! You could easily toss them in lunchboxes and make to surprise someone you love!

Here' what you will need to make these healthy, delightful, chocolatey treats:

!/3 Cup of Raw Macadamia Nuts, unsalted

1/4 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 Tablespoon of Raw Cacao Powder

2 Teaspoons Real Maple Syrup

8 Large Medjool Dates, Pitted

In a food processor, add macadamia nuts, coconut, cacao powder, and maple syrup. Pulse until well blended, then add your dates. Make sure the dates are pitted!!

Pulse, until combined and then pour the mixture into a bowl. To make about 10 large size treats, use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture. You can divide the tablespoon sized scoop in half to make smaller bite sized treats, if you choose. Roll mixture into balls, and Voila!!!! You are finished and can let the nibbling begin!
