BEST EVER 'CHEESY' KALE CHIPS

I am in LOVE with kale chips! After my first time trying them, I was hooked! I got my hands on a dehydrator and decided to create a kale chip recipe that was a bit spicy and savory and that's how this kale chip was born! ENJOY!!!!!

You will need the following ingredients:

1 to 2 bunches of Organic Kale ( I like to use both green and purple kale)

1 Cup of Raw Cashews

1 Cup of Red Bell Pepper

1/3 Cup of Nutritional Yeast

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Lemon, Juiced

1/4 to 1/2 Cup Water

1/2 Tsp Pink Salt

2 Teaspoons Onion Powder

2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper

Begin by washing and draining the kale. Place kale in a large mixing bowl.

Then in a blender, add the rest of your ingredients! Blend on high for 1 minutes.

Now pour the blended sauce over the kale and toss and mix!

Now you are ready to arrange your kale pieces on your dehydrator trays! Separate each piece of kale being careful not to have one on top of the other! Set your dehydrator to 130 degrees and let the magic happen for 10-12 hours.

After they are done "baking", you will have the BEST EVER 'cheesy', spicy kale chips to enjoy! My first time making these I literally ate the ENTIRE batch in one sitting! I couldn't stop and the best part for me was there ZERO guilt! Cheers to healthy snacking!
